Archicad's tried and tested Virtual Building™ concept stores all the information about your project in a central database from which the drawings and documentation are quickly and efficiently produced. Intelligent model-based workflows for new build, renovation and retrofit projects allow automated, fully coordinated and accurate documentation, while eliminating costly, tedious re-working.

Archicad provides a unique BIM based documentation workflow, simplifying the modelling and documentation of buildings even when the model contains a high level of detail. Archicad Solo is a full 64-bit application on Mac and PC platforms with multi-processor support for optimum performance. Background processing, optimised scaling of multiple-core CPUs, and an improved central graphics unit result in optimised performance and navigation.

Service Agreement 

All product upgrades, new releases of Archicad Solo, and telephone/email support is included for the 12 month period after the purchase date.

Perpetual Licence

A perpetual licence is the traditional model used to purchase software. There is an initial cost to purchase a licence, plus the annual membership cost that entitles the you to upgrades and technical support for 12 months. A further 12 months full product upgrades and support can be renewed at £400.00 + VAT per annum.

The end user is entitled to use the software indefinitely.
